5-1-31 Drive Package Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between MYHEAT, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", and [Client's Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client".

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide the 5-1-31 Drive Package to the Client, which includes the following services:

• Website hosting and domain registration.
• Creation of a basic website.
• Setup of up to 5 email accounts for the Client.

2. Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay R200.00 for the first month, which covers the initial setup and hosting.
• From the second month onwards, the Client agrees to pay R100.00 monthly for hosting services.
• Additionally, the Client agrees to pay R100.00 yearly to renew the domain.

3. Additional Features

• Setting up email accounts for the Client will be provided free of charge. The Client can get up to 5 email accounts at no additional cost.
• Any additional email account setups beyond the initial 5, or additional setups on devices, will be subject to an additional fee.

4. Updates

• Updates to phone contact information will be provided free of charge.
• Updates to images or other website content, depending on the requirements needed by the client, will be subject to a variable fee starting from R1500. The final fee will be negotiated between the client and the service provider based on the specific requirements.

5. Termination

If the Client chooses to terminate this Agreement, they may keep the domain registered by the Service Provider. However, ownership of the website itself shall remain with MYHEAT.
